They are both very good and allow you to do the "basic things" in a VIM-way, while still allowing you to do things like "Go to Definition" too.

Even better, they allow you to map things like "Go to Definition" to VIM-like keystrokes. For example, I use gd for "Go to Definition" of the method that the caret is currently in.</description>
